Herons West Coast Kitchen - Seasonal menus inspired by the Pacific Ocean featuring Pacific Northwest cuisine. Dishes are made from fresh local, sustainable ingredients and seasoned with herbs from the hotel’s own 2,100-square-foot terrace herb garden. Three meals daily, including buffet and à la carte breakfasts.
Herons Bar - A modern take on classic cocktails. Fruit juices pressed fresh daily, and honey and herbs derived from the hotel’s own rooftop beehives and herb garden are mixed with locally distilled spirits.
