Day 1 - Fly to Calgary & transfer to Banff Hotel

Day 2 - Icefield Parkway Tour

Today we have included the Icefields Parkway full day tour.

Experience the grandeur of the Canadian Rockies on the Columbia Icefield Tour. Ride the Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier, then step onto the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk suspended above Sunwapta Valley for awe-inspiring views. Day 3 - Discover Banff & It's Wildlife

Explore the historic landmarks and natural wonders near the town of Banff on this half-day, small-group tour. Admire the unparalleled beauty of natural sights including Bow Falls, the surreal Hoodoos rock formation, and beautiful Lake Minnewanka, among others. This guided tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off in Banff, a professional guide, and light refreshments.

Day 4 - Embark Rocky Mountaineer in Banff, rail journey to Kamloops

Now your venture into the heart of the mountains begins in earnest. Continuing along the South Thompson River, you’ll witness historic Craigellachie. This spot marks where the Last Spike was driven home on the Canadian Pacific Railway line, uniting the nation. You’ll marvel at man’s ingenuity as the Rocky Mountaineer train enters the Spiral Tunnels, bored through solid rock beneath a mountain over a century ago. You’ll gaze in wonder at cascading waterfalls and icy glaciers spilling over the lips of the peaks above, on your way from the charming alpine town of Banff and the brilliant waters of Lake Louise. All of this craggy wilderness is yours to embrace, from the comfort of your luxurious Rocky Mountaineer coach.

Day 5 - Rocky Mountaineer from Kamloops to Vancouver, transfer to hotel

Journey through the farmlands of the Fraser Valley. From fertile greenery, the landscape transforms to the towering peaks of the Coast Mountains. You’ll see the mighty Fraser River and the raging white waters of Hell’s Gate. The train will slow to fully appreciate this narrow canyon where the volume of water rushing through is about three times greater than Niagara Falls. Day 6 - Vancouver City Highlights tour

This morning we have included the 3.5 hour Vancouver City Highlights tour.

Prepare to experience the unique history and unfolding splendour as you tour through the modern streets of Vancouver. Drive by the most renowned sights and learn how Vancouver became the city it is today. Situated on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and framed by British Columbia's imposing mountains, it's easy to fall in love with this astonishing city. Drive through historic neighbourhoods such as Gastown, Chinatown, scenic English Bay and the picturesque Vancouver Harbour. Stops in Stanley Park feature Indigenous Peoples' Totem Poles, spectacular views of the mountains and the Lions Gate Bridge. Also includes the opportunity to wander through the charming farmer's market at Granville Island. Remainder of the afternoon at your leisure.

Day 7 - Enjoy Vancouver

Day 9 - Scenic Cruising The Inside Passage

The dramatic scenery of the Inside Passage has been shaped by glaciers for millions of years. The terrain here is verdant and vivid – mysterious forests blanket the towering mountains.

Day 10 - Icy Strait Point, Alaska

Go whale watching, learn Tinglit tribal customs or fly high above Port Frederick on a zip-rider. Later, tuck into the ultimate halibut and chips at the Hoonah Packing Company cannery.

Day 11 - Hubbard Glacier Cruising, Alaska

The largest calving glacier on the North American continent, Hubbard Glacier calves off icebergs as high as 10-story buildings. This sends blocks of ice into the sea every few minutes.

Day 12 - Juneau, Alaska

Some sightseeing is best done from above. View the majestic Mendenhall Glacier from the East Glacier Loop Trail, or sail via gondola to Mount Roberts. Don’t miss the crab cakes.

Day 13 - Ketchikan, Alaska

Experience Eden firsthand. Kayak saltwater fjords fringed by forests, keeping an eye out for black bears and porpoises. Tour the great outdoors by foot, bike or zipline.

Day 14 - Scenic Cruising The Inside Passage
