Day 1 - Buenos Aires

Touch down in Buenos Aires and be met on arrival for a private transfer to your hotel, your base for the next three nights.

Day 2 - Buenos Aires

Discover the city on foot, wandering plazas, parks and boulevards that echo the grand architecture of Paris. In the evening, enjoy a three course dinner and VIP tango show at the historic Café de los Angelitos, where live music and passionate dancing bring over a century of tradition to life.

Day 3 - Buenos Aires

Step into an Argentine home for a hands on asado experience, visiting the local butcher, baker and wine merchant before helping prepare a five course feast on the grill. Along the way, explore the bohemian streets of Palermo Viejo and its vibrant street art scene.

Day 4 - Mendoza

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Mendoza, Argentina's premier wine region. Settle into the boutique Finca Adalgisa in leafy Chacras de Coria for two nights.

Day 5 - Mendoza

Spend the day amongst the vineyards of Mendoza, you can use the free on site bike hire service, or just lounge by the pool overlooking the vines.

Day 6 - Salta

Fly north to Salta, exploring its striking colonial heritage on a half day tour taking in the baroque Cathedral, the historic Cabildo, the Museum of High Altitude Archaeology and sweeping views from Cerro San Bernardo

Day 7 - Purmamarca

Set off into the high Andean plateau, driving through the mining town of San Antonio de los Cobres and on to the dazzling white expanse of the Salinas Grandes Salt Flats. Continue over a 4,180 metre mountain pass to the colourful village of Purmamarca, nestled beneath the Ridge of Seven Colours, for an overnight stay.

Day 8 - Salta

Explore the UNESCO listed Humahuaca Gorge, visiting the reconstructed Pucará fort at Tilcara, the Tropic of Capricorn at Huacalera and the historic town of Humahuaca, before returning to Salta for an overnight stay.

Day 9 - Iguazu Falls

Fly to Puerto Iguazú and settle in for two nights at the Mercure Iguazú Iru Hotel, perfectly placed for exploring the falls.

Day 10 - Iguazu Falls

Ride a jungle train to Devil's Throat, the most powerful segment of the falls, then explore the Upper and Lower trails for close up views of the cascades and the surrounding rainforest, alive with butterflies and birdlife.

Day 11 - Iguazu and Rio

Cross into Brazil for a panoramic perspective of the falls, following a walkway to a catwalk suspended above the rushing water, before transferring onward to continue your journey to Rio de Janeiro.

Wander through the streets and iconic sights of Rio on a full day walking tour that takes in the city's most captivating landmarks, before stepping backstage into the electric world of Carnaval Experience at the legendary Cidade do Samba.

Today a half day tour of Corcovado offers sweeping panoramas across Rio, from Sugarloaf Mountain to the golden curve of Copacabana beach. Perhoas enjoyt somebeach time in the afternoon.
