Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh

Upon clearing Customs and Immigration, your guide will present you with a welcome packet including all necessary documentation and vouchers and all contact information of your guide and local offices. Transfer from airport to hotel

Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh

Sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh Full Day Ever-vibrant, ever-changing - this is the buzzing city of Ho Chi Minh, where sleek skyscrapers loom over incense-infused temples and motorcycles rule the roads. There's classic European-style landmarks such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, the ornate City Hall and the art-deco Post Office. Reminders of a recent past can be seen in the Reunification Palace, famously stormed by tanks in 1975. We'll head out to Cholon, the historic Chinatown district to discover colonial-era gems, Chinese temples and vivacious street life. Make sure you save some energy for browsing the stalls in the bustling Ben Thanh Market. Today's Highlights: War Remnants, Rue Catinat. Reunification Palace, Emperor of Jade Pagoda, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, Cholon.

Day 3 - Ho Chi Minh

Morning Excursion to Cu Chi Tunnels We're going underground - deep into the Cu Chi Tunnels! These hand-dug tunnels changed the course of the Vietnam War. The well-camouflaged entrance holes lead into a network of incredibly narrow tunnels that stretch for over 200 kilometres connecting command posts, hospitals and shelters. We'll learn about the life of the Vietcong and venture into some of the tunnels. The deadly, bamboo-spiked booby traps are another must-see.

Afternoon Old Saigon Walking Tour  This walking tour will show us where the action's at - right here on the ground! We don't have to walk far to discover colourful back alleyways lined with flower shops, another selling locally-made guitars, and even one that specialises in restoring vintage Vespa scooters. A stroll through lively apartment blocks will reveal scenes of the urban working class. There's a market to explore and an unusual museum that showcases the history of Vietnamese traditional medicine. We'll stop for an iced coffee in a hidden cafe frequented by locals. The oldest coffee shop in Saigon, this retro establishment has a colourful history stretching back over seven decades.

Day 4 - Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta

Transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Can Tho with sightseeing in Ben Tre  This area may be Vietnam's -'rice bowl' but fruit orchards and coconut groves also thrive here. We'll stop to try out fresh fruits, coconut candy and see local cottage industries. A rowing boat will take us along the water palm creek giving us a glimpse of daily life on the delta.

Day 5 - Mekong Delta

Boat Trip to Cai Rang Floating Market  The merchants have a great way of showing off their wares at the Cai Rang Floating Market. They simply hang a sample off the top of a long pole! We'll explore by boat so we can get close up photos of the colourful boats piled high with seasonal vegetables and tropical fruits. And we can mingle among the merchants as they trade from boat to boat.  Excursion to Son Island  Start from Ninh Kieu pier for going to Long Tuyen canal by a big boat. When getting there, you stop by Binh Thuy Temple this is one of the biggest and the oldest temples in Can Tho city. Then, you are going to visit Binh Thuy ancient house the structure and furniture of this house have been kept up to now. It is a combination of Vietnamese and French style. Besides that, this house was chosen as the scenes of famous films like The Lover, Miss Tay Do, etc. After that, you move to the fish farm this will be a good chance for you to discover how people feed fish in the river. Next, we visit Son Island - a big natural island along Hau River that covers an area over 67ha. There, you walk around the island and discover the scenery, the fruit gardens, fishponds and local people's daily life. Particularly, you have an opportunity to see an image of "a flying snakehead fish" flying to eat the food. Moreover, you can eat the fruits and traditional cakes there. The local people are willing to teach you how to make some delicious traditional cakes. After saying goodbye to this island, we transfer back to the hotel.

Day 6 - Mekong Delta - Phu Quoc

Day 7 - Phu Quoc

Island sightseeing tour Start the trip with transfer toward the South of Island. Arrival to the An Thoi port, take a boat ride, you will come alongside the waters of the Gulf of Thailand. Enjoy a lovely moment when the boat stops at an isle, where you will fish, snorkel to admire the coral reefs and enjoy a lunch on boat. Take some time to sun bath on the sun deck, before riding back to the dock and bus transfer back to hotel.
