This natural phenomenon transforms the river into a thrilling whitewater adventure, equal parts exhilarating and unforgettable.

Twice a day, the landscape transforms dramatically revealing vast stretches of ocean floor that you can walk across at low tide, before watching the water return in a powerful rush. Time your visit with the Bay of Fundy’s famous tide change, and you’ll see the water level shift dramatically right before your eyes.

As the day winds down, make your way to the Look Off in Canning, a panoramic viewpoint perched high above the valley. From here, sweeping vistas stretch across patchwork farmlands, orchards, and vineyards, all the way to the shimmering waters of the Bay of Fundy.
