Day 1 - UK to Vancouver

Arrive in Vancouver and make your own way to your downtown hotel. 

We recommend visiting  Mott 32 an award winning Chinese restaurant offering a fantastic selection of vibrant dishes from seafood, Dim Sum, Wagyu Beef and, 42-day Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck. The perfect place to fuel up after your flight.

Day 2 - Wellness in Vancouver

To begin your day, we recommend attending a yoga class which are available during your stay at the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa. The perfect way to stretch and relax before enjoying a nutritious breakfast to set you up for a day of adventures. (Yoga classes should be booked individually)

We have included admission to Capilano Suspension Bridge where you can immerse yourself in natures splendour. At Capilano Suspension Bridge enjoy a walk through temperate rainforest taking in natures surrounding. Soar over the Capilano River as you cross the suspension bridge, climb through old-growth fir trees on the Treetops Adventure, and rise high above the canyon along a towering wall of granite on the new Cliffwalk.

Afterwards we recommend visiting Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Gardens the first full scale classical Chinese garden built outside of China. The gardens where hand built by skilled Chinese artists as you walk through the gardens take in the beautiful blend of architecture, culturally significant plants, naturally sculpted rocks and elegantly winding jade-green waterways. Part take in a traditional Tea Ceremony an integral part of Chinese culture, used to promote health and well-being, during the ceremony taste a variety of different flavours comparing the variety of aroma, tastes and flavours. (Tea Ceremony should be booked independently)

To end your day we recommend a visit to Michelin recommended restaurant The Acorn providing innovative vegetarian and vegan meals and a fully zero-waste kitchen using local ingredients from across British Columbia.

Day 3 - Vancouver to Tofino

This morning pick up your car hire and make your way to Vancouver Island taking the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay. Driving to the coastal town of Tofino.

Day 4 - Hot Springs Cove Eco-Cultural Tour

Today we have included a tour of the Tofino Hot Springs. The guides will take you on a journey through the heart of Ahousaht hauulii (territorial lands, waters and culture). Here, you’ll witness the magic of the ocean as you cruise the coast and inlets of Clayoquot sound, taking in all of the sights and wildlife along the way. The 30-minute walking trail to the hot springs is a beginner-level hike via wooden boardwalk that weaves its way through old-growth rainforest, ancient flora and fauna next to the rocky coastline. Once you reach the hot springs on Vancouver Island, you’ll have an opportunity to enjoy a 1.5-2 hour relaxing soak in the warm, healing mineral waters. You may even decide to dip into the cold waters of the Pacific to experience the growing trend of ‘hot and cold’ water therapy. The natural hot springs are a true wonder of nature, and we take great care to ensure their preservation and protection. As part of your journey, our guides will share the history and cultural significance of Hot Springs Cove. The springs have been used for centuries by the Ahousaht Nation for their medicinal and spiritual benefits.

Day 5 - Explore Tofino

We recommend beginning your day with a yoga class in the Rainforest Haven Room in the Wickaninnish Inn, before enjoying a nourishing breakfast. Spend your day at leisure enjoy a walk along Chesterman Beach or meditate to the peaceful sounds of the waves, unwind as you walk through the rainforest canopy trails or relax at the Ceder Wood Spa.

Day 6 - Tofino to Ucluelet

Today make the journey to Ucluelet you will be staying at Black Oceanfront Rock Resort. Located above the dramatic cliffside where you can see the waves of the Pacific Ocean crash along the side. Surrounded by spectacular scenery including lush forests and golden sand beaches, there is plenty of nearby walking trails to enjoy and soak up the amazing scenery.

In the evening, we recommend visiting the onsite restaurant Currents, providing delicious meals made from fresh local ingredients. The large windows provide amazing views of the oceanfront watch the sun set as you relax and unwind.

Day 7 - Explore Ucluelet

Spend today exploring Ucluelet and the surrounding area, alternatively relax at the Drift Spa. Enjoy a range of treatments including facials, massages and energy treatments connecting the mind body and soul including Reki and Spinal Flow.

Day 8 - Ucluelet to Vancouver

Today make your way back to Vancouver for your overnight stay before your journey to Whitehorse.

Day 9 - Vancouver to Whitehorse

Today make your way to Vancouver Airport for your flight north to Whitehorse, Yukon.Known as the 'Wilderness City' being home to more than 700 kilometres of marked trails which run along the river and out to picture-perfect lakes, this makes Whitehorse the perfect location for a wellness retreat.

Day 10 - Yukon Wildlife Reserve & Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs

Day 11 - Explore Whitehorse

Today is yours to explore Whitehorse. We recommend visiting Lumel Studios located on the same street as the Raven Inn. Here you can try your hand in glass blowing enjoy a taster session where you will learn the basics of glass blowing, leaving you with your own souvenir to remind you of your memories in the Yukon. After working up appetite we recommend visiting the Gather Café and Taphouse located within Lumel studios offer a range of delicious South American inspired dishes.  

In the afternoon we recommend visiting Long Ago People’s Place here you can learn about Yukon First Nations culture. This cultural site is an authentic recreation of a First Nation Village, with experienced guides you will tour around the forest and learn about traditional ways of life, how the structures where built and gain insight into First Nations history and culture.

Day 12 - Whitehorse to Dawson City

After checking out of your Whitehorse hotel begin your journey to Dawson City. Taking in the Yukon’s spectacular natural beauty, we recommend stopping at the Five Finger Rapids where you can enjoy a hike down the Yukon River. The perfect stop to break up the journey and soak up Yukon’s wilderness.

Day 13 - Dawson City

This morning enjoy a guided tour of Dawson City where you will learn about the history of gold in Dawson City! Hop aboard one of the comfortable mini-coaches for a driving tour of Dawson City and the Klondike Gold Fields. You will discuss the Klondike's geography and geology, it's traditional culture and lifestyle, and of course the impact of the Gold Rush and the mining industry on people past, present and future.

In the afternoon we recommend visiting Canada’s Northernmost Spa the Dawson Spa located in the Dawson Lodge hotel. Offering a range of treatments including massages, facials, acupuncture and chiropractic services. Before or after your treatments you can enjoy relaxing in the spa pool, hot tub and sauna.

The spa also features a rooftop garden, in summer it's the perfect location for relaxing in the sun and during the winter months the garden becomes the perfect location for enjoying Auora Viewing. Beside the spa is a new Vegan Café serving a range of delicious meals to enjoy.

Day 14 - Explore Dawson City

Spend today at leisure exploring Dawson City, take a visit to Dawson City Museum where you can view artifacts and learn more about the history and impact the Klondike Gold Rush had to forming Dawson City.  

No visit to Dawson City is complete without visiting the Midnight Dome, from the top enjoy spectacular panoramic views overlooking the Yukon River, Klondike Valleys and Ogilvie Mountain Range.
