Day 3 - Montreal to Quebec City
This morning make your way from your Montreal hotel to the train station for VIA Rail journey.
Enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounge before boarding the train. Complimentary newspapers and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Following the St. Lawrence River, pass from city suburbs to rural landscapes, forests and rich pastures dotted with tiny villages and maple trees that extend to Quebec City. For the first hour you will notice the rugged hills, including the lush natural oasis of Mont Royal in Montreal. Arrive to Quebec at Gare du Palais and discover how at 400 years old it is the most charming city in Canada, complete with original architecture and buildings have been lovingly preserved. (Onboard food and beverage service is included)
Once arrived in Quebec City make your way chosen hotel and enjoy a guided walking tour of Quebec City. At a leisurely pace, take the time to explore and to learn about the history, the architecture and the charms of Old Quebec, a World Heritage site! Starting in the heart of Quebec's old Upper Town, we will wend our way down to the historic Lower Town. With many opportunities to snap some great photos, your guide will also provide suggestions along the way of further things to see and do during your stay. The tour ends at the funiculaire leaving you with the choice to explore the many shops and attractions in Lower Town or returning to the Upper Town - a short ride or walk away!
Among landmarks discovered: Dufferin Terrace - Chateau Frontenac - St-Lawrence River - Latin Quarter - Old Seminary - Fortifications - Old Port - The Antique & Art district - Place Royale "Birthplace of the City".

Day 5 - Quebec City to Ottawa
Today you head for Ottawa, the nation's capital city. Travel by rail with VIA Rail in business class Enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounge before boarding instructions. Complimentary newspapers and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Your rail journey to Ottawa is around four hours and takes you from Quebec into rural Ontario, with maple forests and pastureland.

Day 6 - Explore Ottawa
Ottawa is not just the capital of the Canadian government, it is also one of the most diverse cities in the world, offering everything from worldclass sporting events and shopping adventures, to museum and family activities. Ottawa has it all. Situated on the Ottawa River about 200 km (125 miles) west of Montreal, Ottawa is a unique mix of old and new, history and technology, excitement and relaxation. Among the many historic sights in Ottawa are the Canadian War Museum, Parliament Hill, Canadian Museum of History, Rideau Hall, RCMP Musical Ride Visitor's Centre & Stable Tour, Canada Aviation and Space Museum, Royal Canadian Mint, National Gallery of Canada, ByWard Market, Rideau Canal, Dow’s Lake, Central Experimental Farm and the Canadian Museum of Nature. Today is a free day to explore on your own.

Enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounge before boarding instructions. Complimentary newspapers and non alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Your rail journey to Toronto takes around 4 hours. If you are looking for a chilled out evening we recommend visiting the Distillery District for a relaxing meal tonight, or if you are heading to a Toronto Blue Jays baseball game the in place for pre-match dinner and/or drinks is Jack Astors.

Day 9 - Explore Toronto
Time to explore Toronto at your leisure. We recommend the Hop on Hop off Sightseeing bus to help you get around the city. However it is a beautiful city to stroll around, be sure to spend some time at the distillery district, St Lawrence Market with an array of food and cultures, or perhaps take the short ferry ride across to Toronto Island with picnic and take advantage of the beautiful scenery on offer. We can add on admission up the famous CN Tower, a bicycle tour of the downtown area and/or island, walking tour of the distillery district with chocolate tasting, a harbour cruise or even a helicoter ride over the city. Day 10 - Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls Full Day Excursion: Travel on our air-conditioned motorcoach for a breathtaking, full-day tour through the orchard-laden Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls, one of the great wonders of the world. Day 11 - Toronto to UK
Morning and afternoon at leisure before your overnight flight back. Have a leisurely lunch at one of the many rooftop restaurant/bars. Take advantage of two of Toronto's biggest malls for some last minute gifts - Eaton Centre and Yorkdale. Transfer to Toronto Airport for your flight back to the UK.
