Half Day Afternoon Sunset Whale Watch

Enjoy spotting whales and watching the sunset over the bay. Learn more about whales and get the chance to listen to the whales’ sing. (Available mid-July to October)

As the last full-service boat to depart in the afternoon, enjoy a cruise on the day you arrive in the Bay. Also, as the last boat to return, we’re treated to watching these majestic creatures with no other boats around whilst enjoying the sunset over the Bay and iconic Urangan Pier.

Includes:

  • Guaranteed whale watch – if no whale sightings, a free return trip offered
  • Expert commentary on marine life and local Aboriginal history
  • Hydrophone to listen to the whales’ ‘sing’ (when conditions permit)
  • Children’s activity sheets
  •  Afternoon tea – antipasti platter of cheeses, olives, salamis, crackers
