With a beautiful setting between the Langeberg and Riviersonderend Mountains and plenty of things to do in the vicinity, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploration of the region, including the wine routes of Robertson and Tulbagh.

The hotel offers 33 en-suite rooms, 11 are luxury rooms located at the back of the hotel overlooking the gardens and 22 are classic rooms set in the main building. Antique furnishings are used throughout the premises. Guests will be served great breakfasts in the shaded courtyard, enjoy light lunches on the patio and more formal dinners in the elegant dining room. The Health Centre on site uses the local mineral water in many of its treatments to great effect.
