There are three room types, Lantana, Guaria and Forest Superior, looking out over the gardens, the courtyard or the green hills of Monteverde. Evenings here are unhurried. Ámbar Cacao Lounge Bar mixes handcrafted cocktails from mid afternoon. At Bitzu Bar and Restaurant, the menu takes its inspiration from the cloud forest outside. By day, the forest is the main attraction. Hanging bridges cross the canopy, trails wind through moss covered reserves, and night walks reveal tree frogs, tarantulas and sleeping birds by torchlight. Sibumakes a calm, comfortable base to come back to after exploring one of the most biodiverse corners of Central America.
