Guilin is also well known for its delicious food, among which the featured dishes include Guilin Rice Noodles, Yangshuo beer fish, chilli sauce, and cooked Longji chicken in bamboo tubes. n addition, as a former capital of Guangxi Province, Guilin offers several historical and cultural old towns, such as the Riyue Shuangta Cultural Park and the Jingjiang Palace– the palace where the Princes during the Ming Dynasty lived for hundreds of years, as well as the Flying Tigers Museum in Lingui District plus more.
