From your balcony, watch the fish jumping at the mouth of the Glen Lyon River during spawning season. Listen to waves of the ocean in the night and be sure to bring your camera and lots of film to take pictures of the majestic Bald Eagles nesting on the trees, flying over the sail boats and resting on the beach. Port Hardy is well known as the northern terminus for the Island Highway 19 as well as the terminus for the Famous Inside Coast Passage and Discover Coast Passage. (BC Ferries). By Car, the hotel, Glen Lyon Inn is found on the scenic alternate road, Hardy Bay Road, which rims the waterfront leading to Port Hardy. It is only a few minutes to the ferry terminal and very close to downtown and the bus depot. Located immediately adjacent to the marina and the seaplane base.

Standard Accommodations: with two beds: Either two queen beds or one double & one queen size bed.
King Size Accommodations: One king size bed with one sofa bed.
Kitchen Unit: One queen size bed and a sofa bed with kitchenette. (stove, fridge & microwave)
Kids Suite: Bedroom with one queen size bed is connected to the kids room with a bunk bed (double size on lower bed and single bed for upper bed). Both areas are separated by the washroom in the middle and have its own TV.
Mini Suite: Bedroom with one queen size bed plus a separate sitting area with a sofa bed.
Family Suite: One-bed room with door has two queen size bed, another has one sleeping area with one queen size and sitting area with sofa bed.
