Singapore Airlines Helpful Infomation

Singapore Airlines is the national carrier of Singapore, known for outstanding service and innovation.

We have put together a helpful guide of important information you may need before you fly.

Check In

You can check in through the Singapore Airlines – Manage My Booking Portal. To access your flight, you will require your Singapore Airline Booking Reference, found on your Stewart Travel documentation as well as your Surname. 

For international travel, you require a government-issued passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date you return to the United Kingdom. Please see our helpful ‘Passports, Visas & FCO advice’ section if you are unsure of your requirements.

Seat Selection

First and Business Class

Complementary seat selection available at anytime.

Premium Economy  

Complementary seat selection is available. For extra leg room seats, you will have to pay a fee.

Economy

Depending on the fare type you have booked, you may select a seat in advance for free or a fee.

Advanced seat selection is subject to availability of seats at the time of request and can be selected through Manage My Booking.

If you choose not to select your seats in advance, complimentary seat selection is available once online check-in opens, which is 48 hours before your flight departs. You may then select from any remaining seats via the website or at the check-in counter when you get to the airport.

In Flight

Throughout the duration of your international flight, you will be served a selection of meals and drinks. The level of service will depend on your flight duration and class. Speak to your consultant if you have any questions.

For passengers travelling in Suites, First Class, Business Class or Premium Economy Class, you may opt to pre-select your main course for all meal services. Pre-ordering is available 15 days before flight departure, simply log on to Manage Booking with your booking reference to select your meal.

Inflight entertainment on your seatback screen features a selection of the latest movies and tv shows as well as a selection of classics is available onboard.
