Day 1 - Arrive in Boston

Arrive into Boston and transfer to your downtown hotel, spending the remainder of your day at leisure.

Day 2 - Explore Boston

Begin your day in Boston Common, where the city’s World Cup buzz fills the air with themed pop-ups and live street entertainment. Wander part of the Freedom Trail, taking in Boston’s iconic historic sites before heading to Faneuil Hall Marketplace for a lively lunch among food stalls and performers. In the afternoon, enjoy the vibrant energy of one of Boston’s official Fan Zones, expected in areas like City Hall Plaza or the Seaport District, offering big screens, football activities, music and food trucks. As evening arrives, take a leisurely walk along the Harbourwalk and dine in the stylish Seaport District, a waterfront neighbourhood brimming with restaurants and event-themed nightlife.

Day 3 - Boston to New York

Transfer to the train station for your train journey to New York. Departing from Boston’s historic South Station, the route follows a picturesque stretch of the New England coastline, passing charming seaside towns, quiet harbours, and glimpses of the Atlantic as the train makes its way south. 

As you approach New York, the scenery shifts from coastal landscapes to the bustling suburbs of Connecticut and the iconic skyline gradually comes into view. The train glides directly into Penn Station, right in the heart of Manhattan, making it an incredibly convenient way to arrive.

Day 4 - Explore New York

Begin your New York adventure in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, where the city’s skyscrapers and energetic streets are alive with World Cup excitement. Wander through Times Square, where digital screens, themed pop-ups, street performers, and global supporters create a buzzing, celebratory atmosphere. After taking in the city’s most famous crossroads, continue to Bryant Park or Hudson Yards for lunch, with many cafes offering outdoor seating and seasonal menus that capture the spirit of the event.

In the afternoon, make your way to one of New York’s official Fan Zones, expected in major public spaces such as Times Square, the Hudson River Park Piers, or Central Park’s outdoor event areas. Here you can enjoy large viewing screens, interactive football-themed activities, live music, cultural showcases, and a festival-like environment. As evening falls, head to the Hudson River waterfront, where bars and restaurants offer stunning sunset views and a lively atmosphere perfect for rounding off your first full day in the city.

Day 5 - Explore New York

Start your day with a relaxing walk through Central Park, where open fields, buskers, and pop-up event stalls add to the shared excitement sweeping across the city. After a peaceful morning in the park, explore the nearby Upper West Side or Fifth Avenue, stopping in a local cafe for brunch. In the afternoon, visit another of New York’s vibrant Fan Zones, each offering its own mix of entertainment from skills challenges and live DJs to themed food trucks and international cultural displays. These areas become gathering points for fans from around the world, creating a joyful and welcoming environment for all visitors.

As the day winds down, cross over to Brooklyn for a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge or spend time in the Seaport District, where waterfront dining, festive decorations, and outdoor bars capture the city’s unmistakable blend of energy and charm. It’s the perfect way to enjoy New York’s atmosphere as it celebrates the world’s biggest sporting event.
