The resort stands on private land close to the Yukon River, surrounded by pine forests and ringed by the McClintock Mountains, 20 minutes south of Whitehorse. The open ground around the lodge gives you wide views of the sky, which makes it a good spot for watching the Aurora Borealis. Whitehorse is close enough to include a day of sightseeing in Whitehorse, with the forest and mountains waiting when you return.
