Khao Lak

Khao Lak is located a mere hour’s drive north of Phuket Island on Thailand’s picturesque West coast along the Andaman seaboard.  It is one of Thailand's more low-key resort destinations, scattered along 15 miles of coastline. No spot ever feels too busy.

Local bars and restaurants are located in the two main centres, Bang La On and Bang Niang, both can be accessed easily by taxi or hotel shuttle. There is also a night market in Bang Niang. Khao Lak is surrounded by nature and is a great beach gateway to the nearby Khao Sok National Park.
