The Tsitsikamma National Park is a large coastal conservation area situated along the Garden Route. It shares fenceless borders with the Wilderness National Park and other areas to form the Garden Route National Park. Tsitsikamma is a huge outdoor playground with incredible scenery like white Indian Ocean breakers pounding rocky shores beneath sheer high cliffs. The coastal scenery is further complemented by ever- green forests, fynbos, rivers and rocky ravines.

Tsitsikamma National Park

This national park is also one of the biggest marine reserves in the world. Storms River cuts through the Tsitsikamma, and the world famous Otter hiking trail starts at the mouth of the river. Storms River also functions as a hub for adventure activities and guided hikes. It is certainly worth a mention that Tsitsikamma is home to the world’s highest commercial bungee jump at 216 meters high, Bloukrans.
