The Great Room with its plush furnishings, magnificent fireplace and handcrafted cherry bar is the perfect place to relax.
During the day the Great Room provides a quiet refuge where you can enjoy a pleasant conversation with friends, write postcards to loved ones back home, curl up with a good book, check e-mail, or play one of the many board games. But when the day fades into twilight, and the darkness of night gradually descends, the Great Room is truly at its best. The room glows with soft light and the sparkle of the crystal sconces, while the flicker of the fireplace adds its soothing warmth to the ambience.

In a corner of the Great Room stands a beautiful grand piano, with a gleaming brass candelabra on top. Bill Trowell entertains guests with his inspiring musical renditions. Mr. Trowell’s extensive repertoire includes selections that are sure to delight people with a variety of musical preferences, from standards to show tunes, classical to contemporary.
