Moxy Banff sits at the end of Banff Avenue in Banff's Uptown area, around a 15-minute walk from downtown, or a quick ride on the free area shuttle. The Tunnel Mountain Trailhead is closer, at around 11 minutes on foot. Vermilion Lakes and Banff Upper Hot Springs are both a short drive away. Calgary International Airport is around a 90-minute drive.

We often suggest Moxy Banff for a younger crowd or anyone who wants a more social, less traditional stay than a standard mountain lodge. The courtyard fire pits and hot pools make a great spot to meet other guests in the evening, and the free shuttle makes the walk into downtown Banff easy to skip if you'd rather not.
