Banff Aspen Lodge sits right on Banff Avenue, a short walk from downtown Banff's shops, restaurants and nightlife. The Banff National Park Information Centre is a few minutes on foot, and easy walking trails along the Bow River are close by too. Tunnel Mountain is further out, at around 25 minutes on foot, so a short drive is the easier option if you're planning to explore it. The Banff Gondola is around a 7-minute drive, and Banff Upper Hot Springs is a similar distance. Calgary International Airport is around a 90-minute drive.
