With the option to board the train in either Denver, Salt Lake City or Moab you will be transported through vast canyons, natural archways, and deserts.
Westbound
Day 1 Denver to Glenwood Springs

Day 2 Glenwood Springs to Moab
Depart Glenwood Springs and travel onboard Canyon Spirit, where you'll start your day off with a hearty breakfast. You'll cross the Colorado-Utah border with stunning mountain views in the background and see red sandstone landscapes emerge as you approach Moab, the gateway to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. End your day with an overnight stay in Moab.
Day 3 Moab to Salt Lake City
Depart Moab by motorcoach to Thompson Springs in the afternoon where you will board the Canyon Spirit train. Onboard, you'll enjoy a late lunch and dinner and enjoy sweeping views of majestic rock formations as you wind your way through Castle Gate. You’ll travel through the Price River Canyon ascending the historic Soldier Summit and travel through the historic Thistle Tunnels, continuing your journey past Provo before arriving in the vibrant heart of Salt Lake City.
Eastbound
Day 1 Salt Lake City to Moab
Depart Salt Lake City in the morning onboard Canyon Spirit, where you’ll indulge in breakfast and lunch, as well as a selection of included snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You'll travel past Provo, through the historic Thistle Tunnels, cross Soldier Summit and descend the steep and scenic Price River Canyon. You will take in sweeping views of majestic rock formations of the Book Cliffs as you make your way into Thompson Springs where you’ll be whisked away from the train to the adventurous town of Moab with ample time to enjoy a sunset or have a meal from a local restaurant. End your day with an overnight stay in Moab.
Day 2 Moab to Glenwood Springs
Depart Moab in the afternoon and travel onboard Canyon Spirit, where you'll dine on a delicious locally inspired dinner. You'll cross the Utah-Colorado border with stunning mountain views in the background before arriving in the resort town of Glenwood Springs. End your day with an overnight stay in Glenwood Springs.
Day 3 Glenwood Springs to Denver
